Justice Markendey is the the Chairman, Press Council of India and the former Judge of Supreme Court of India. He was born on September 20, 1946 in Lucknow, India. He has also served as a Chief Justice of Delhi and Madras High Court and acting Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. He did his LL.B fromAllahabad University in year 1967 and practiced in Allahabad court from year 1970-1991. He served the Indian Judiciary for a period of twenty years and retired from his service on September 19, 2011. He disposed off more than hundred matters in a week and his courtroom was one of the fastest in the Supreme Court. He is also the author of many books and articles. We believe in the teaching of Com Lenin that, there can NOT be Revolution without Revolutionary Party. Revolutionary Party comes through Revolutionary ideology. Revolutionary ideology comes through honesty in other words if a man is a honest.
In Indian Capitilist state there are number of Communist Parties like C P I, C P M , S U C I , R S P NAXAL GROUPS and few more polatical parties call themselves as Revolutionaries.
